SmartHawk™  is a limited memory-type AI-enabled plant protection technology for sustainable farming. The core of this technology is our indigenously researched and developed Artificially Intelligent 3rd Generation Insect Communication System (AI3GENICS).

SmartHawk™  is a bi-directional insect communication system. It is being built on the Raspberry Pi 4 hardware platform and Python with TensorFlow used as a software platform.

  • IoT enabled device for monitoring the working status  and generating fault alarms
  • SmartHawk™ is a broad-spectrum device
  • Exterminates 2170 species of crepuscular, diurnal, and nocturnal insect pests harmful to the crops and plants.
  • No human intervention is required on a day-to-day basis to keep these devices operating.
  • It is safe for pollinators like honeybees, bumblebees, etc.
  • It is safe for predatory insects and parasitoids.
  • It operates renewable solar energy and wind energy is available

Direct benefits of SmartHawk™ includes:

  • One-time investment and long-term benefits.
  • It controls the population of more than the 2170 plus Genus: Species of insects harmful to the plant.
  • Effectively manages the population of notorious insects otherwise difficult to manage with conventional pesticides, Viz. Fruitfly, Palm Weevils, Whitefly, Thrips, Leaf Miners, Tea Mosquito,  etc.
  • It is safe for pollinators like honeybees, bumblebees, etc.
  • It replaces toxic chemicals required for plant protection and drastically cuts down expenditure on pesticides.
  • Increases the yield by at least 40% to 50%
  • High-quality sellable produce will be more than 95%.
  • It protects the environment, operates on green and clean energy, and zeroes down pollution.
  • Saves the expenses incurred on chemical pesticides for crop protection.
  • It efficiently manages to keep the population of harmful insects below 5%, which ultimately results in maintaining the economic loss to the commercial crops below the economic threshold level (ETL)
  • Return on investment period: less than one crop cycle.

  • Insect Pest Management (Crop Protection in Farming).
  • Pest management in backyard gardening and farming.
  • Pest management in landscape gardens.
  • Pest management in animal stables and barns.
  • Pest management in grain and seed warehouses.
  • Natural protein food collection for aquaculture (fish ponds).
  • Pest management in resorts, open dining area of garden hotels, etc.
